About the event
The third eye chakra—Ajna—is the center of perception, intuition, imagination, and meaning-making. It is where sensation becomes insight, where experience turns into story, and where we decide what is true.
From a psychological lens, Ajna governs our interpretive mind: the patterns we learned to see, the narratives that shaped our identity, the beliefs that quietly steer our choices. When this center is overactive, we may overthink, ruminate, or distrust our own wisdom. When undernourished, we may feel disconnected, foggy, or unsure of our direction.
In this Sacred Rest workshop, we explore the third eye not by striving for clarity—but by softening into it. Through gentle movement, breath, guided rest, and contemplative inquiry, we invite the nervous system to settle so insight can arise organically. This is a practice of unhooking from mental noise and reconnecting with the deeper intelligence beneath it.
