Counseling Services

At WholeLife Integrative Therapy, counseling is a collaborative, compassionate process designed to help you move through challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.We work from the belief that you are not broken — you are responding to your experiences. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and develop skills that support meaningful, lasting change. Our approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and individualized. Together, we create a treatment plan that may include psychoeducation, insight-oriented work, and practical skill development — always paced with care and respect for your nervous system.

Therapeutic Approaches

We draw from a range of well-researched and integrative modalities, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Mindfulness-based and somatic approaches

  • Hypnosis and guided imagery (when appropriate)

These approaches are used thoughtfully and collaboratively, guided by your goals, preferences, and readiness. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — it evolves as you do.

Therapy is a space where all parts of you are welcome. Sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you feel safer within yourself and your life.

Insurance & Fees

We currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • UPMC

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

  • Cigna

At this time, we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Self-pay sessions are available at $150 per session.

Telehealth Counseling

Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients who prefer distance counseling or need greater flexibility. Telehealth allows you to receive care from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the same level of support and confidentiality.
