WholeLife Integrative Therapy, LLC

Counseling, Healing Arts and Mind-Body Integration

A place to feel supported, grounded, and understood.

At WholeLife Integrative Therapy, we offer compassionate, integrative mental health care alongside healing arts experiences that support the whole person — mind, body, and nervous system. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. Our work is rooted in the belief that healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely held.

Our Approach

We take a whole‑person, trauma‑informed approach to healing. Therapy here is not about fixing what is broken — it’s about helping you reconnect with your inherent capacity for resilience, meaning, and growth.

Our work integrates:

  • Evidence‑based psychotherapy

  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation

  • Somatic and body‑based awareness

  • Healing arts and experiential practices

We honor that each person’s journey is unique. Sessions are collaborative, paced with care, and guided by your needs, values, and goals.

Counseling and Psychotherapy

We provide individual therapy for adults seeking support with:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Depression and emotional overwhelm

  • Life transitions and identity changes

  • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

Therapy may include approaches such as EMDR, hypnosis, mindfulness‑based interventions, and somatic awareness, always offered within a compassionate, client‑centered framework.

You set the pace. We walk alongside you.

Healing Arts and Wellness

In addition to psychotherapy, WholeLife Integrative Therapy offers healing arts experiences that support grounding, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.

These offerings are designed to complement therapeutic work — or stand on their own — for those seeking deeper connection, balance, and restoration.

Our healing arts may include:

  • Yoga events and workshops rooted in mindfulness and trauma-informed care

  • Guided meditation and relaxation experiences

  • Reiki and energy-based support, offered individually or within group settings

These experiences invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and access a sense of steadiness and ease — without pressure or expectation.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Client of Christina

Chrissy, I am blown away... I literally walked out your doors and felt and saw the sunshine for the first time and was able to smile and feel hope again...THANK YOU!

Client of Stacy

Stacy and I have great productive sessions and she has blown me away with putting some pieces of the puzzle together that really gave me some light bulb moments.

Client of Paulann

I wanted to thank you and let you know how much Paulann has helped me. I can't put into words what she has done for me so far. I've been to many therapists over the last 25 years and not one has helped me as much as Paulann.
