Christina Pucel, LPC is a Board Certified Counselor with over 19 years of experience in the counseling field. She specializes in helping individuals identify and achieve their personal goals by addressing the issues that contribute to distress, anxiety, and stress. Christina draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches to support her clients in making meaningful progress.
Her practice includes traditional psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Hypnotherapy.
In addition to her counseling credentials, Christina is a Registered Yoga Teacher who has completed extensive training in the integration of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to support healing from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She also incorporates holistic strategies including nutrition and self-care to support overall well-being. Many clients find significant improvement through her integrative, mind-body approach to treatment.
While Christina works with a wide range of concerns, she has a special interest in personal growth, anxiety, and trauma therapy. She takes great pride in the progress and success of her clients and is honored to be a part of their healing journey.
Outside of her practice, Christina enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her dog, Rumi, is a beloved companion who occasionally made visits to the office in the past

Stacy Dubina, LPC (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. With a deep commitment to her clients' well-being, Stacy brings compassion, expertise, and dedication to every therapeutic relationship.
Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Stacy has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and the impacts of trauma.
Stacy also offers support to those facing life transitions or unexpected changes—whether related to career, education, family dynamics, loss, or relationship challenges. She understands how overwhelming these moments can be and provides a grounded, collaborative space to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
In addition, Stacy has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and brings a strengths-based, affirming approach to her work. She values each client's unique story and strives to help them meet their treatment goals in a respectful and empowering way.

Paulann Thomas, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults, offering a compassionate and grounded approach to healing. She understands that beginning therapy can be a vulnerable step, and she strives to create a safe, welcoming space where meaningful transformation can take root.
Paulann specializes in trauma-focused care and has advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), her preferred treatment approach for addressing trauma, complex trauma, and dissociation. Her clinical work is deeply informed by a mind-body perspective, often integrating yoga postures and mindfulness practices into sessions to support holistic healing.
Her therapeutic style is skills-based and practical—designed not only to foster insight and emotional relief in session but to equip clients with tangible tools they can use in daily life. In addition to EMDR, she draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions.
Paulann has experience supporting a wide range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, parenting challenges, life transitions, and grief and loss. As a former foster parent, she brings valuable insight to those navigating the complexities of foster care and adoption, offering a unique depth of understanding to individuals and families in that space.
Above all, Paulann is committed to walking alongside her clients with care and authenticity, helping them reclaim their sense of self and move toward a more fulfilled and joyful life.
